Technically both is happening, as the force exerted both ways is the same, however the effect on the Earth would be negliable as it's absolutely huge (mass). Unless of course you're calling Chuck Norris fat.

the effect on the earth is almost non existent when dealing with a normal Human, when Chuck Norris is added to the equation things are different.
he can move at a speed of C to the 10 and his muscles make his mass comparable to that off the moon's.
considering that E=MC2 gave us the atomic bomb
i wonder what chuck could do.

And all that physics is wrong...

E=mc^2 is the equation used to relate energy and mass when converting between the two. This gave the atomic bomb as when nuclear fusion occurs, there is actually a small drop in mass. Multiplying this by 9x10^16 (c^2) gives a huge amount of energy, hence massive explosion.

Also, even if he did weigh as much as a moon (in which case he would either be a collosus or made of some new super-heavy material, consisting of mostly nuclei stripped of electrons (to compress it to such an amount), thus making it incredibly positively charged and possibly the cause of a singularity point, the effect of the Earth on him would still mean he travels 80 times further than the Earth does. Also, the gravitational force between the two would be approximately 6.5x10^23N (that's 650ZN, a lot), exerted over such a small area (0.1m^2 max) would create so much pressure that the crust would break and he would be pulled into the core, being incinerated.

And don't get me started on c^10... that is just ridiculous.

A singularity can't escape Chuck Norris... A singularity is a point in space, it doesn't escape from anything.

Counting to infinity is also impossible, you would never reach the end.

I'll let you have slamming a revolving door, though, anyone can do it, put a brick on the floor and push it really hard.
