						 Yes, but then there would have to be 2 install programs, with and without the emulator. Also, emulators are a bit of a grey area when it comes to the law, it's quite consfusing. I think the law is you can have the emulator, just don't download the ROMs/games, unless you have the origional cartrage or disk.

						 Could you not programme the software to install the emulator and then install the game without you knowing? You could get away qwith pssibly?

						 The companies wouldn't do it. Also, emlators are made by indie developers, therefore the companies don't own them, making it more of a legal minefield.

						 didnt we finish this argument? anyway, like GRs say, emulators are made by different companys to the actual prog so using one install for both will annoy both companies.

						 Why? cant one of the software companies but one of the emulator companies (or person) to build themselves an emulator that can be installed at the same time?

						 Right, please stop this argument now. We know that the companies DON'T do it, which was the origional arguement. Now you're asking WHY, and we don't really know. The only thing is the emulators are usually made by people for a bit of fun, therefore they aren't an official company, just a copyrighted program.
