Took me a while to find this. Whenever I clicked on the Install button or the Uninstall button of the install manager, it would crash.

I found an old thread on the ATI forums here:

It recommended downloading this:

http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/KB961894 ... aseId=2067

Download the correct one for your area and OS, and then the installer should work. I hope that helps anyone with issues.
