To start with, I'll explain my current situation with the game, at the moment me, and some members of TSG as well as some of the Regs, have all rolled destruction on a server called Axebitepass. There we have created a guild known as Lazers (ran by Thrawn and Coret in case you ahdnt guessed

Basically we have the following ranks and their attendant alt ranks for those peoples alt characters.
guild leader - can do everything in regards to guild admin, alts are alt. overlings
overling - guild officer - can do most things, with a couple of exceptions like forming alliances, changing what permissions each rank has etc.
middling - sub-officer ... can do more than a underling, but less than an overling (can't manage standards, can't buy guild tactics, full access to banks 1+2 but only view and add permission for 3+4... when we get them)
underling - regular guild member ... limited permissions ... can view all banks, but only add/take from #1 and add to #2 ... cannot invite, promote, demote or kick players.
