I know someone at school gets it because their parents don't work because they have so much money O.o Thats kinda farked...

But me and you get it because we actually need it... :/

Well I think it's broken because it makes people who don't work go to school just to get money, in the process disrupting everyone else, while lots of people who want to be there and work (moderately) hard don't get it.

Those who get it because they need it and they do actually work, that's fine, but those who don't work shouldn't get it, they shouldn't be in school (aka, they should get a damn job rather than wasting everyone elses time).
