An interesting thought I had...

The amount of HD videos being uploaded to YouTube is going to explode come Thursday.

There will be an influx of 720p videos of your brother picking his nose when he thinks you're not looking. HD recordings of your mothers panty drawer. Videos of sex toys in the IT office, and maybe even some footage of your local burger bars. That sort of stuff.

For iPhone haters: Now, I know what you're thinking - there are other phones that can also upload HD video to YouTube, but the iPhone 4 is the easiest to use by far, and will be more popular than any other phone with this type of feature... you can guarantee it, even if you hate Apple or the iPhone.

I wonder how long it will be before they start putting some more limits on the amount of data you can upload. Say, 500MB per week, or a fixed 20GB limit on your account or something like that...

I disagree with the easiest to use by far. On my phone you just hit the "record and upload" button from the home screen, I don't see it getting much easier than that?

Plus I'm guessing it sucks to rely on the phone network for a while again

I don't think it will make much of a dent in YTs overall bandwidth, the amount of video being uploaded is already crazy high.

I would wait for Wifi. 99% of the time I'm in a Wifi area so it would be a waste.
