I'm not sure, but it happened when I was walking up the stairs in my house last Sunday (22-Oct). It was getting better, but today I had my breakfast at Caffe Nero in Gloucester (Chicken BLT panini with large latte, yum) and when I stood up my back went spaz again. Had back problems ever since I had an accident on a trampoline when I was about 10 or 11. |

I concur...Peculiar. Definatly a trapped nerve i would suspect. Not a pulled mscle. It would of taken weeks to heal. Trapped nerve would of wobbled out eventually. |
